This program offers a complete dive into your current habits and self-limiting beliefs. Together we will work to understand what’s holding you back from having the body and health you want and find ways to slowly integrate new healthy habits into your life. I will become your accountability partner and health coach as you learn to take steps towards a healthier you.

In this one hour group workshop, I will explain some of the most common mistakes we make when it comes to eating as well as teach you the best techniques on how to eat mindfully so that you can successfully lose weight long-term and maintain consistent energy throughout the day. I will teach you why you should never get HANGRY and what’s going on in your body when you crave sugar and how to beat it!

Are you working out but not getting results? The gym can be a real intimidating place for newcomers and different training methodologies can confuse even the experts. The 12 - Week Strength Training Immersion Program is designed to help you get comfortable in the gym by learning and mastering key foundational exercises for each body part. Once you nail down these foundational skills in the gym, you will have the confidence and experience to start tackling more advanced moves.
