I will become your accountability partner and guide as you learn to set realistic goals and take steps towards your desired future.

In this one hour group workshop, I will explain some of the most common mistakes we make when it comes to eating for weight loss as well as teach you the best techniques on how to eat mindfully and manage cravings, so that you can successfully reach your goals.

The gym can be a real intimidating place for newcomers and different training methodologies can confuse even the experts. This 12 - Week Strength Training Immersion Program is designed to help you get comfortable in the gym by learning and mastering simple yet key foundational exercises for each body part. Once you nail down these foundational skills in the gym, you will have the confidence and experience you need to expand your workouts and tackle more challenging movements.
